In order to strengthen the bond and communication of the Hong Kong Information and Communication Technology industry, the British Computer Society (Hong Kong Section) held the “Happy Hour Networking Event” in 2011, inviting various professionals and registered engineers to participate.
Due to PMT’s phenomenal performances in the field of software development of several large international awards, Dr. Leonard Chan, CEO of PMT appeared in the event as a guest speaker. PMT is well known in the Hong Kong digital publishing industry due to the success in PMT’s subsidiary Handheld Culture; the largest electronic bookstore in Hong Kong. And so, Dr. Chan talked about the market of the digital publishing industry and the strategies in handling the ever-changing consumer market. The event lasted for 2 hours, where all the likeminded enthusiasts are allowed communicate and exchange ideas.
